GOOGLING THE HOLY SPIRIT

I'm 22 years old and I live in West Seneca, NY. I am usually notorious for losing things and on Friday, July 21, 2006, there was no exception. I've been through lost wallets, cell phones, watches and other things ' and today it had to do with my car keys.
I went to Buffalo State College today to take care of some business and only went to a few places on campus. Soon enough, as I sat down to check my email on my computer, I checked in my pocket and my keys were not there. This was only about 5-10 minutes after I had last checked to see if they were there in the first place.
Looking everywhere with no luck, I got extremely frustrated and went to the campus police. They called a guy to unlock one of the offices I had recently been in that was now closed. Upon checking - to no avail - my keys were not in there.
I was completely baffled. That and the computer room were the only places I had been in that day. I was crushed. I had to take care of some serious business that day and I was stuck at school, not wanting to call a locksmith and pay possibly 100-300 dollars.
I did not even have the energy to cry. I wanted to. Sometimes you just want to. Sometimes you just want to let out your emotions and give up; even if you think you're a tough guy.
Here is the absolutely, positively, most crazy thing that happened to me in a while. I was so frustrated that I went back to the computer room and went to www.google.com. I typed in: Holy Spirit please help me find my keys.
Next thing I know, your story came up. I was shocked. Man, I was more than shocked. As a matter of fact, try it for yourself!
I read the whole thing and then went to the bathroom to pray about my car keys. Tears came to my eyes a little, and I told the Lord it's okay to try me with patience, but 'just try to hurry up a little because I have nowhere to sleep tonight.' (Humor)
I went back to the registrar's office where you register for classes. The third person I asked still said, 'No.'
Then, suddenly, a woman walked up behind me and reached over where I just looked and said, 'Here they are!'
I knew something like that was going to happen based on previous experiences, and at that moment I was laughing inside and thanking God.
I thanked the lady and immediately went back here to write this story, thinking it was the least I could do to thank God.
Man, I'll tell you - no matter who you are, no matter what you've done - there is somebody out there watching you and caring about everything you do.
I'll tell you something right here and now with tears in my eyes: IF HE CARES ABOUT THESE LITTLE SITUATIONS, YOU CANNOT EVEN IMAGINE WHAT HE THINKS ABOUT THE MAJOR DECISIONS, PROBLEMS, AND SCENARIOS IN YOUR LIFE AS WE SPEAK. He does not just provide for us in these little situations because He cannot provide in the big ones. There is no difference in big or little with God.
He does this so that we can work out our faith. It's like working out. You have to build up your faith with little experiences so that you can trust Him with the major ones in your life. These situations include salvation for you and others, health issues, finance issues, any kind of money problems, career decisions, girl/guy decisions, house buying decisions, friend choosing decisions, not-getting-along with people situations, and ANYTHING else.
Take this and run with it. It's the gospel truth. Once you go through one of these things and come out trusting Him, you will increase your faith.
Dear Reader - are you at peace with God? If not, you can be. Do you know what awaits you when you die? You can have the assurance from God that heaven will be your home, if you would like to be certain. You can even have that assurance RIGHT NOW! Either Jesus Christ died for your sins, or He didn't (He did!). Are you prepared to stand before God on the Judgment Day and tell Him that you didn't need the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross to have your sins forgiven and get in right-standing with God? We plead with you...please don't make such a tragic mistake.
To get to know God, to be at peace with God, to have your sins forgiven, to make certain heaven will be your home for eternity, to make certain that you are in right-standing with God right now ... please click here to help you understand the importance of being reconciled to God. What you do about being reconciled to God will determine where you will spend eternity, precious one. Your decision to be reconciled to God is the most important decision you'll ever make in this life, because in Christ, it is impossible to put a value on the worth of your soul in light of eternity.

JESUS DID IT! and...
Remember: All that we do in this life comes back to our God-given purpose which is to serve and glorify God. The money and assets we accumulate, the fame and power we've attained or seek to attain - all of the things of this nature will one day pass away, but those lives of others we impact for Jesus Christ will last for eternity, and we will be rewarded for the part we helped play by impacting those lives ... for eternity.
