Greetings in the matchless name of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Wonderful things are happening through the Precious Testimonies ministry. 

In 2009, God has been impressing us to give more and more exposure to the REAL LIFE STORIES testimonies book.  (We’ll be giving more details about this in the 2010 Ministry Updates).

Our weekly TV testimony broadcast on Cable TV Public Access channels continues to touch lives, to the glory of God.  Public Access stations where our broadcasts are playing have all converted over to Digital, which meant that we had hundreds and hundreds of VHS testimonies tapes that were just collecting dust – doing nothing to touch lost souls for Jesus.  To make use of these VHS “seeds”, we put them out into the poorer sections of cities in Western Michigan.  It is a blessing, to the say the least, to see how the Holy Spirit moves people to pick up “seed” tapes when they are placed in strategic places where people might least expect finding them! 

The Precious Testimonies website continues to be a resource God is using mightily.  People are making a commitment to Jesus Christ by visiting the website, AGAIN all to the glory of God.  Struggling Christians are visiting the website more and more as well, receiving encouragement to keep pressing on in the midst of their trials.  We receive many emails on a weekly basis … Christians pouring their heart’s out - asking for prayer - asking for advice.    

Numbers continue to increase regarding people visiting the website as well. More and more people are becoming aware of the website, and it is only God bringing this about.    

As with many ministries, donations were down during the year to the ministry, but God continues to enable us to keep the website up and functioning.  

As the economy in the United States and around the globe challenges people, painful as it is for many, many people … we believe we are seeing more people begin to do some serious soul-searching about spiritual matters.  People on the whole tend to think less and less about spiritual matters when they are experiencing degrees of financial blessing.  If God removes that to different degrees, people tend to start searing MORE for spiritual answers.  Their motives may not be all that pure for doing so, but whatever it TAKES for people to spend less time and energy on earthly things, and MORE time and energy on eternal matters … they are much better off for it.

Thank each of you for your prayers on behalf of the outreach ministry, and we humbly ask that you continue to cover the ministry in prayer in 2010.
