Here are the following top 10 strategies I would execute upon the masses of humanity if I was Satan:
1) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that the Holy Bible can neither be trusted, nor understood – especially the New Testament Bible.
2) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that there is no hell, at least as it is described in the New Testament Bible.
3) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that I didn’t exist, nor do demons exist.
4) Do everything in my power to try to convince Christians that their prayers are a waste of time, both individually and corporately.
5) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that there is indeed a heaven, and that everyone goes there after they die.
6) Do everything in my power to try to convince those who believe there may be a hell ... that suffering in hell will not last forever for people who end up there. They will only suffer for awhile, and that suffering won't even be all that painful, and then God will have compassion and mercy on them, and end their suffering.
7) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that Jesus Christ was not fully God in human form while He was here on Earth, nor ever will be elevated to such a high standing in the Godhead.
8) Do everything in my power to try to convince the masses that sin is NOT a sin as the Bible says it is, and/or that forgiveness of their sins is NOT available to them simply by confessing them and asking God for forgiveness of them, but rather, forgiveness of sins can only be obtained by earning forgiveness.
9) Do everything in my power to try to keep Christians from fully realizing how much God the Father loves them and accepts them unconditionally because of what Jesus Christ accomplished for them on the Cross by His death, burial and resurrection.
10) Do everything in my power to try to keep Christians from fully realizing who God the Father says they ARE in Christ Jesus.
As Satan, there are many other strategies I would employ to work in conjunction with these 10 strategies, but these just happen to be my Top 10 at the present time. A time is near approaching when I will be allowed to establish greater control on Earth, and that will be accomplished by convincing the masses that ultimately - I am the long promised messiah who has finally come to Earth to save them from extinction.
But I'm not Satan, thank you Jesus!
I feel the Holy Spirit would have us specifically dwell on Point # 6 in the remainder of this writing. It would seem that there is an intensified thrust by Satan to try to persuade Christians especially … that God would not allow a human being to suffer in hell forever, once judgment has been pronounced for those who end up there.
This is elementary to many Christians I realize, but do you think God knows the truth of the matter? Do you think God “accidently” forgot to say more about the matter in the Bible; or at the very least, confuse people by what IS in the Bible about the matter?
Let’s examine what scriptures (out of the King James and New King James translations) God has given us regarding the matter, paying particular attention to “everlasting” and “eternal”:
“And if your hand or foot causes you to sin, cut it off and cast it from you. It is better for you to enter into life lame or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet, to be cast into the everlasting fire.” - Matthew 18:8
“Then He will also say to those on the left, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:” – Matthew 25:41
“And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” - Matthew 25:46
“Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation.” – Mark 3:38-29
“As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” – Jude 1:7
“I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit, and with fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, He will thoroughly purge His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” – Matthew 3:11-12
Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. And he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” - Revelation 14:9-11
These are not all the scriptures that speak of hell, but these are the ones that address the length of time a person in hell with suffer there.
Perhaps every bit as important as these scriptures are in addressing the length of time those in hell will suffer, you cannot find one scripture passage in any of the popular accepted translations of the Bible where a persons’ suffering in hell will END. Not one.

We plead with you ... please don't make such a tragic mistake.
